About Ziracle
Ziracle is a UK-based marketplace where every brand has already been assessed against three standards: kind, healthy, and sustainable. You don't need to do the research yourself — that work is done before anything reaches the platform. Shop by what you're trying to achieve, filter by the values that matter to you, and trust that everything here has already passed the bar. Read more about Ziracle and what our standards mean.
A marketplace is a single platform where you can discover and buy products from many different independent brands — all in one place. Think of it like a department store where each brand has its own shop, all under one roof. Ziracle's role is to find the best brands that meet our standards across kind, healthy, and sustainable, bring them together, and make it easy for you to find what you're looking for without having to do the homework yourself.
Wearth was one of the UK's original ethical marketplaces. In 2023 it joined forces with Veo. In 2026, Veo became Ziracle — a new name, a new architecture, and a bigger ambition, built on six years of foundations. The standard that Wearth and Veo shoppers trusted hasn't changed. If you arrived here from an old Wearth or Veo link, you're in the right place. Read the full story on our Wearth page.
Most platforms organise around products or categories. Ziracle organises around goals — what you're actually trying to achieve. Want to sleep better, eat well, or keep your home free from synthetic chemicals? Start there, and the right products follow. We also work as a spectrum rather than a gate: every product is clearly labelled with the credentials it has earned, so you can filter by what matters to you rather than having choices made for you. Browse by values or start with a goal.
The platform behind Ziracle was a Certified B Corp — assessed across governance, workers, community, environment, and customers — and named Best for the World by B Lab. That certification was earned by the platform that became Ziracle. You can read more on our B Corp values page.
Ziracle currently has over 160 verified brands across beauty and self-care, apparel and style, home and sanctuary, food and drink, wellness and vitality, kids and baby, and refills and reusables.
Yes. Ziracle is built for people at every point on this journey, not just those who have already arrived. Whether you're just starting to think about what you buy or you've been shopping this way for years, there's a way in that works for you. Every product is clearly labelled, every filter exists, and the information is here so you can make your own choices at your own pace.
Our standards
Every brand on Ziracle has been assessed against our three standards — kind, healthy, and sustainable — before anything is listed. That covers how workers are treated, what goes into products, and how brands operate environmentally. Nothing is here by accident. You can read the full detail of what each standard means on our sustainability page.
These are the three standards every brand on Ziracle is assessed against.
Kind means people and animals are treated well throughout the supply chain — fair wages, safe conditions, no forced or child labour, and responsible animal welfare standards.
Healthy means products are free from ingredients that don't belong in your body, on your skin, or in your home — no parabens, no petroleum derivatives, no microbeads, no substances classified as very high concern under REACH regulations.
Sustainable means the brand has taken real steps to reduce its environmental impact — responsible materials, less waste, and production that accounts for its footprint.
The full detail of what each standard covers, category by category, is on our sustainability page.
Every brand goes through the same structured assessment before anything is listed. We review supply chain practices, labour standards, environmental credentials, and ingredient or material transparency across all three pillars. Our process combines human expertise with technology-assisted review. Brands are also reviewed on a regular basis once listed — the standard doesn't expire on listing day. Read the full detail on our sustainability page.
No. Certification is one of the strongest signals we look for, but it's not the only route onto the platform. Brands genuinely working towards certification, or that demonstrate strong practices through other means, are assessed on their merits. What matters is real progress and the honesty to show us where a brand currently stands.
The majority of products on Ziracle are plant-based and free from animal-derived ingredients. Everything is clearly labelled so you can filter by vegan or cruelty-free, or other values that matter to you. Where brands use animal-derived ingredients or materials, we assess the welfare standards behind their sourcing and surface that information clearly.
Animal welfare is assessed across every category on Ziracle. Our strong preference is for products that cause no harm to animals, and the majority of what you'll find here reflects that. You can filter by cruelty-free to find products that meet this standard, or by vegan for products free from animal products and by-products entirely.
Not all products on Ziracle are certified organic, but organic credentials are assessed and clearly displayed on every relevant product. You can filter by organic across all categories to find certified options. For food and drink, the organic filter is particularly useful across The Pantry and Nutrition and Superfoods.
Yes. Every beauty and personal care product on Ziracle is assessed against a comprehensive list of ingredients we avoid — including parabens, formaldehyde donors, PEG compounds, petroleum-based ingredients, microbeads, oxybenzone, and anything classified as very high concern under REACH regulations. The full avoided ingredients list is on our sustainability page. If you're looking for products for sensitive skin or specific concerns, healthy skin is a good starting point.
The most commonly flagged ingredients include parabens (used as preservatives), PEG compounds, petroleum-based ingredients including mineral oil and petrolatum, oxybenzone (a UV filter linked to hormone disruption), microbeads, formaldehyde donors, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances. Ziracle avoids all of these across the Face and Skincare range. The full avoided ingredients list is on our sustainability page.
Cruelty-free means a product has not been tested on animals at any stage of its development or production, including by third-party suppliers. The gold standard certifications are Leaping Bunny and PETA. On Ziracle, every beauty product is assessed against this standard, and you can filter the full cruelty-free beauty range directly.
GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It requires a minimum of 70% certified organic fibre content in the finished product, environmentally responsible processing at every stage of production, and independently audited social compliance throughout the supply chain. It's our primary benchmark for organic cotton across the Apparel and Style range. Read more on our sustainability page.
Virgin polyester is made from newly extracted petroleum. Its production is carbon-intensive, it is not biodegradable, and it sheds microplastics every time it is washed. Ziracle does not approve virgin polyester across the fashion range. Recycled polyester (rPET), made from post-consumer plastic waste, is approved instead — it reduces energy use by around 50%, CO₂ emissions by around 75%, and water consumption by around 90% compared to virgin production. Read more on our sustainability page.
Mica is a mineral used widely in cosmetics to add shimmer. An estimated 25% of global mica comes from illegal mines in India where child labour and unsafe conditions are widespread. Ethical mica means it has been sourced from legal, audited mines with documented protections in place, or from synthetic alternatives. Ziracle requires ethical mica sourcing from every brand on the platform that uses it.
Fair trade means producers — particularly in lower-income countries — receive fair prices for their goods, safe working conditions, and the right to organise. It is independently verified by certification bodies including the Fairtrade Foundation, Fair Trade USA, and the World Fair Trade Organization. You can filter by fair trade across all categories on Ziracle.
Yes. Sandblasting is a finishing technique used on distressed denim that puts workers at serious risk of silicosis, an irreversible lung disease. We do not list any sandblasted products. Read more on our sustainability page.
Every brand that uses palm oil on the platform must use only sustainable, fully traceable palm oil free from deforestation, habitat destruction, peatland expansion, and human rights violations. Brands must implement traceability systems from plantation to finished product. Read the full policy on our sustainability page.
Shopping on Ziracle
The easiest way is to start with a goal rather than a category. If you want to sleep better, go to sleep better. If you want to eat well, go to eat well. You can also browse by values — vegan, organic, cruelty-free, B Corp, fair trade, plastic free, refillable, or reusable — or browse by department if you know what you're after.
Yes. Every product on Ziracle carries the credentials it has earned, and you can filter by them across the platform. Current values filters include vegan, organic, cruelty-free, B Corp, fair trade, plastic free, refillable, and reusable.
All prices on Ziracle are set by the brands themselves. The higher cost of ethical products reflects what it actually costs to produce them properly. That means using higher quality and more innovative materials — organic cotton, recycled fibres, plant-based leathers — paying workers fairly at every stage of the supply chain, and not cutting corners on ingredients or production.
Conventional products are often cheaper because they use lower quality materials, pay workers poorly, use pesticides and synthetic chemicals to reduce costs, or benefit from the scale that comes from not caring about any of the above. The premium for ethical goods is real, but it reflects the true cost of doing things right. Over time, as demand for these products grows, the cost comes down. Every purchase here is part of that.
Yes. Browse gifts by recipient — her, him, mum, dad, kids, or baby — by occasion — birthday, wedding, new baby, or thank you — or by budget — under £25, under £50, or under £100. You can also filter by values — vegan gifts, zero waste gifts, or refillable gifts. Ready-made gift sets and hampers are also available.
Yes. You can add gift wrapping or a greeting card at checkout.
Refillable means the product can be topped up with a refill when it runs out — you keep the original container and replace the contents, which significantly reduces packaging waste over time. Reusable means the product replaces something single-use entirely — a reusable coffee cup replacing disposable cups, for example. Both reduce waste but in different ways. You can filter by refillable or reusable, or browse the full Refills and Reusables department.
If something you want is showing as out of stock, use the Notify Me function on the product page. Enter your email and we'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock. For popular items that move in and out of stock regularly, this is the most reliable way to make sure you don't miss it. You can also contact us if you'd like to know more about availability.
On any product page, click the Add to Wish List button (next to Add to Cart). To view your saved items, click the account icon in the top right corner of the page and scroll to Favourites.
Yes. Subscribing gives you access to benefits across the platform including early access to new arrivals and exclusive offers. You can sign up from the homepage or any product page.
Orders & delivery
Ziracle is a marketplace, which means orders are fulfilled directly by the brand you buy from. If you order from multiple brands in one checkout, your items may arrive separately and at different times. Each product page has a Delivery and Returns tab showing the specific delivery information for that brand.
Delivery times vary by brand and location. UK standard delivery is typically 1 to 3 business days. UK next day delivery, where available, requires ordering before 2:30pm. International delivery takes up to 14 business days. You'll find exact delivery information for each brand on the product page under the Delivery and Returns tab.
Delivery costs vary by brand. You'll see the exact cost at checkout and on each product page under the Delivery and Returns tab.
You can track your order using the order lookup tool. Enter your order number and delivery postcode to see your order status and access courier tracking links. Your expected delivery date is also shown in your customer dashboard under Order Summary.
First check your expected delivery date in your Order Summary or on the product page. If it's overdue, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier. If there's been a delivery issue we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you'd prefer.
Yes. International delivery is available for many brands on the platform. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes payable on delivery. All product pages show which country the item dispatches from. For more information visit our customs, taxes and duties page.
Yes. We use a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment gateway — the highest level of payment security certification available — which means no sensitive card data is stored beyond what's needed to process your transaction. We also use 3D Secure (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check) for an additional layer of protection on card payments. All data handling is fully GDPR compliant.
Returns & refunds
Start your return through our returns portal. Please do not contact the brand directly — all returns must go through Ziracle to be eligible for free UK returns. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
UK returns are free. Returns from international orders are not covered by the free returns scheme.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. Original delivery costs are not refunded.
The following cannot be returned: face masks (for hygiene reasons), personalised or made-to-order items, beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used, underwear and swimwear where hygiene strips have been removed, and any items that are damaged, soiled, or missing original tags or packaging.
You'll receive your refund within 10 working days of your return being confirmed.
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of each brand. The quickest approach is to place a new order for the size you need and return the original. We're unable to hold stock for exchanges.
Items should be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Footwear must be unworn and unmarked. Beauty and skincare products must be unopened with all tamper seals intact. If an item came with branded dust bags, jewellery boxes, or clothing tags, these should be included in the return.

Selling on Ziracle
Brands can apply to join the platform via our join as a brand page. Every brand goes through the same assessment process before listing. We look for brands that are genuinely moving in the right direction across kind, healthy, and sustainable — not just brands that have already arrived.
We assess brands across all three pillars: labour and supply chain standards, ingredient or material safety, and environmental practices. We look for documentation, third-party certifications where held, and evidence of genuine progress. Brands working towards certification are assessed on their current standards and direction of travel. Read more about our assessment process.
Ziracle is a marketplace and earns a commission on sales made through the platform. Full commercial terms are provided during the brand application process. Apply to join here.
