Delivery and returns
Every order on Ziracle is fulfilled directly by the brand. Here is what to expect on delivery, tracking, and returns.
How delivery works
Ziracle is a marketplace. Your order is dispatched directly from the brand's own warehouse, not from a central Ziracle location. If you order from more than one brand in a single checkout, your items may arrive separately and at different times. This is normal and expected.
Each brand uses their own courier and has their own delivery timeframes. You will find the specific delivery details for any product in the Delivery and Returns tab on the product page.
Track your order
You can track your order at any time using the order lookup tool. Enter your order number and email address to see your current order status and access your courier tracking link.
Your expected delivery date is also shown in your customer dashboard under Order Summary.
Delivery options and timescales
The figures below are illustrative. Exact delivery costs and timescales for each brand are shown on the product page under the Delivery and Returns tab.
UK standard delivery
Usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
£0 to £3.95 depending on brand and order value.
UK next day delivery
Where available. Order before 2:30pm to qualify. Tracked next day service.
£4.50 to £8.00 depending on brand.
International delivery
Tracked international delivery. Delivered within up to 14 business days.
£10.00 to £36.00 depending on brand and destination.
International orders
Many brands on Ziracle ship internationally. Every product page shows the country the item dispatches from.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, payable on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not within Ziracle's control. For more detail visit our customs, taxes and duties page.
Order overdue?
If your order has not arrived by the expected date, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier. If your order has been lost in transit we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Free UK returns
UK returns are free. To start a return, email returns@ziracle.com with the details below. Please do not contact the brand directly. All returns must go through us to be eligible for free UK returns.
Before you return
Each brand has its own returns policy, which you will find in the Delivery and Returns tab on the product page. Returns must meet both the brand's own policy and the terms below.
We genuinely try to reduce returns wherever possible. Detailed product descriptions, accurate size guides, and clear ingredient and material information are all there to help you buy with confidence the first time. Fewer returns is better for everyone: less packaging waste, less courier emissions, and less hassle for you.
How to make a return
Email returns@ziracle.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include the following so we can process your return as quickly as possible:
- Your order number
- The brand name and product name
- Whether you want a return or an exchange
- Your reason for returning
- A photo if the item is faulty or not as described
Once we receive your email our team will review your request and come back to you with next steps, including your prepaid returns label. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days of us confirming receipt.
Please do not send items back before hearing from us. Returns sent without approval will not be eligible for free UK returns.
Returns terms
- Timeframe
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Original delivery costs are not refunded.
- Condition
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Any item returned damaged, soiled, or without original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
- Packaging
- All items must be returned in the original packaging provided. Where applicable, branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes, and clothing tags must be included.
- Footwear
- Must be returned unworn and unmarked, with tags intact and in the original undamaged packaging.
- Underwear and swimwear
- Underwear, lingerie, briefs, swimming costumes, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over your own clothing. Returns will not be accepted if hygiene strips have been removed or if items are soiled.
- Beauty, skincare, and health products
- Can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and plastic wrapping intact.
- Face masks
- Face masks are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Personalised and made-to-order items
- Items that have been personalised or made to order cannot be returned.
- International returns
- Free returns apply to UK orders only. The cost of returning international orders is not covered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of each brand. If you need a different size, the quickest route is to place a new order for the size you need and return the original. We are unable to hold stock for exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of your return being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
